VA loan funding fee waivers can save qualified veterans thousands of dollars. The VA loan is available to any eligible service member or veteran, but it is especially beneficial for veterans with a disability rating. This means you do NOT currently have the VA disability rating and compensation YOU deserve, and you could be missing out on thousands of dollars of tax-free compensation and benefits each month.

Additionally, disabled veterans who meet eligibility requirements can also receive a housing grant to pay for modifications to a family member’s home. In this situation, the VA allows you to use up to $14,000 of a $50,000 SHA Grant or up to $2,000 of a $10,000 SHA grant. However, this only applies to disabled veterans no longer on active duty since the Department of Veterans’ Affairs cannot offer these grants to current military service members. Many states base their property tax exemptions on this 100% permanent and total disability rating.
VA dental care services depend on several factors, such as your VA disability rating, service-connected dental disabilities, current home/living situation, etc. Based upon these factors, the VA places veterans into a “Benefits Class” and you’ll get the specific VA dental benefits assigned to that class. Individuals being compensated at 100% rate due to individual unemployability do not qualify for this exemption.
